Precision Water Systems Cleaner Info:

Made primarily of citric acid anhydrous which exists in all plants, especially in lemons and limes. Removes any stubborn residue remaining in the boiling tank, and also great for other household water scaling problems, (coffee pots, tea kettles, etc.)

Cleaning Instructions: Fill 1.5 gallon stainless steel boiling chamber with water to fill line as normal and add 1 1/2 - 3 tablespoons of cleaner. Leave top lid OFF and turn unit on until water just begins boiling. Turn unit off and wait 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on amount of water scale. Use the drain valve to discard water and rinse interior well.​

Precision Water Systems Activated Carbon Info:

Activated coconut shell carbon for Precision Water Systems. Recommended to be changed every 2 months or every 100 gallons, whichever comes first. 

Carbon Replacement Instructions: 1) Turn off power and allow the water distiller to cool down. 2) Remove the complete charcoal filter canister by lifting the front corner of the water distiller head. 3) Remove the lid of the filter and empty charcoal from canister and rinse. 4) Fill canister 2/3 full with the new charcoal and rinse with 2 cups of distilled water until water runs clear. 5) Replace filter cap onto filter canister. 6) Lift corner of water distiller head and slide the filter into the storage tank and lower the water distiller head so the 3/8" tube enters the top of the filter.
