Still-Pro Info:

Still-Pro removes the most stubborn water scale residue fast. Long lasting 16 Ounce package, (453 Grams). Made primarily of sulfamic acid. Quickly removes stubborn residue remaining in the boiling tank.

Cleaning Instructions: Before using: Remove Lid for entire cleaning process; Turn Fan Switch off; Remove filler tube for storage tank. Fill boiler tank to about 1/4” over the fill mark with water, add 3 tablespoons Still-Clean, bring to a boil and let steam for 1 hour. Drain boiler tank, rinsing well. Fill again and run normally, discarding the first batch of water. 

Pre-Filter Cartridge with Scale Inhibitor Info:

Pre-filters are recommended to be changed every 6 months or so, depending on the quality of the source water.

The scale inhibitor filter has treated carbon with phosphate internally. The treated carbon in the scale inhibitor is recommended for well water or any raw water that may not be treated at all, before entering the distiller.

Post-Filter Cartridge Info:

Post-Filter available with or without Fittings. Post-filters are recommended to be changed every 6 months or sooner, depending on the amount of water produced.
